We have a 30 day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate a return, you can contact us at info@roseairnature.com If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can also contact us with any questions about returns at info@roseairnature.com We will notify you as soon as we have received and inspected your return. You will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to even process and post your refund too.

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) of receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been dispatched.
